Welcome to BTT Creative.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BTT Creative website, studio booking services, online reservation and payment functionality, and the BTT Creative internal mobile application.

By accessing our website, making a reservation, using our services, or using the internal mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the relevant BTT Creative services.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to the use of:

• the BTT Creative website;
• studio information and availability displayed through the website;
• online studio booking and reservation services;
• online payment functionality;
• booking-related communications;
• BTT Creative customer services;
• the BTT Creative internal mobile application;
• APIs and technical services associated with the website and application; and
• any related digital services provided by BTT Creative.

Certain services, bookings, productions, studio rentals, packages, or special arrangements may be subject to additional terms agreed separately with the customer.

Where specific booking or contractual terms have been separately agreed in writing, those specific terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

PART I — WEBSITE AND GENERAL USE

3. Website Use

The BTT Creative website provides information regarding our studios, facilities, services, availability, booking options, and related services.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website:

• in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• to attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
• to interfere with website or server operation;
• to distribute malicious software or code;
• to conduct fraudulent transactions;
• to submit false or misleading booking information;
• to scrape, extract, reproduce, or systematically collect website information without authorization;
• to test or circumvent security mechanisms without authorization; or
• in any manner that could damage BTT Creative, its systems, customers, employees, or service providers.

BTT Creative may restrict or block access where misuse, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

4. Information on the Website

We aim to keep information regarding studios, services, facilities, availability, pricing, photographs, specifications, and other content accurate and current.

However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or temporary inconsistencies.

Images, floor plans, equipment illustrations, sample productions, and similar materials may be provided for informational purposes.

BTT Creative reserves the right to correct errors and update website information without prior notice.

Where information displayed on the website conflicts with a separately executed written agreement between BTT Creative and a customer, the applicable written agreement will generally take precedence.

PART II — STUDIO BOOKINGS

5. Studio Reservations

Customers may be able to reserve BTT Creative studios through our website or other authorized booking channels.

A reservation may require information including:

• customer name;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• selected studio;
• reservation date;
• start and end time;
• additional services;
• booking notes; and
• payment information where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the reservation process is accurate and complete.

Submitting a booking request does not necessarily guarantee a reservation until the booking has been accepted or confirmed by BTT Creative.

A reservation is considered confirmed when confirmation is provided through the website, email, booking system, payment process, or another authorized communication channel.

6. Studio Availability

Studio availability may change in real time as reservations are created, modified, cancelled, or administratively adjusted.

We take reasonable measures to maintain accurate availability information, but temporary discrepancies may occur because of:

• simultaneous booking requests;
• payment processing delays;
• synchronization delays;
• technical errors;
• administrative changes;
• maintenance;
• private bookings; or
• operational requirements.

BTT Creative reserves the right to contact the customer if a booking cannot be fulfilled because of a genuine availability or technical issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer an alternative studio, date, time, account credit, refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

7. Booking Times and Studio Access

Customers must comply with the confirmed start and end times of their reservation.

The booked period may include time required for setup, preparation, recording, production, breakdown, and departure unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for planning their reservation duration accordingly.

Access before the confirmed booking time is not guaranteed.

Remaining in the studio beyond the confirmed end time may result in additional charges, subject to studio availability and applicable rates.

BTT Creative cannot guarantee an extension where another reservation follows the customer’s booking.

8. Late Arrival

A customer’s late arrival does not automatically extend the reservation period.

Unless otherwise agreed by BTT Creative, the original booking end time remains applicable.

BTT Creative is not responsible for reduced studio usage resulting from a customer’s late arrival.

Extensions may be offered where studio availability permits and may be subject to additional charges.

9. Booking Changes

Requests to change a booking date, studio, start time, end time, or other reservation details should be submitted to BTT Creative as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes are subject to:

• studio availability;
• staffing availability;
• equipment availability;
• operational requirements;
• applicable pricing; and
• any booking-specific conditions.

A requested modification is not confirmed until accepted by BTT Creative.

Changes affecting the duration, studio, equipment, personnel, or additional services may result in a price adjustment.

10. Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a confirmed reservation should contact BTT Creative through an authorized communication channel.

Cancellation eligibility, fees, refunds, account credits, or rescheduling options may depend on:

• the type of booking;
• the amount of notice provided;
• services already performed or prepared;
• third-party costs incurred;
• equipment or personnel reserved;
• promotional or discounted booking conditions; and
• any specific cancellation conditions communicated during booking.

Where a specific cancellation or refund policy is displayed during checkout or provided as part of a quotation or booking confirmation, that policy will apply to the relevant reservation.

BTT Creative may establish different cancellation requirements for large productions, special events, long-duration bookings, custom productions, or reservations requiring external personnel or equipment.

11. Cancellations by BTT Creative

In exceptional circumstances, BTT Creative may need to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify a reservation.

Such circumstances may include:

• equipment failure;
• studio damage;
• building or facility problems;
• power or internet outages;
• health or safety concerns;
• staff emergencies;
• governmental restrictions;
• force majeure events;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
• other operational conditions making the booking impracticable or unsafe.

Where reasonably possible, BTT Creative will attempt to provide an appropriate alternative, reschedule the booking, provide account credit, or refund amounts paid for services that cannot be provided.

PART III — PRICES AND PAYMENTS

12. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may depend on:

• studio selected;
• booking duration;
• date and time;
• additional equipment;
• additional services;
• staffing requirements;
• production requirements;
• promotional campaigns; and
• other booking characteristics.

Prices may be updated from time to time.

The price applicable to a confirmed booking will normally be the price accepted during the relevant booking or quotation process, subject to subsequently requested modifications or additional services.

13. Payments

BTT Creative may require full or partial payment to confirm a reservation.

Where online payments are available, transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

A booking may remain unconfirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed.

Failed, declined, reversed, disputed, or incomplete payments may result in a booking being suspended or cancelled.

14. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply where customers request or incur services beyond the confirmed booking.

Examples may include:

• additional studio time;
• overtime;
• additional equipment;
• additional staff;
• technical assistance;
• additional production services;
• replacement or repair of damaged equipment;
• excessive cleaning;
• additional setup requirements; or
• other separately requested services.

Where reasonably possible, additional charges will be communicated before they are incurred.

15. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the booking and the applicable cancellation conditions.

Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.

BTT Creative is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party payment providers or financial institutions after a refund has been properly initiated.

PART IV — STUDIO RULES AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers and their guests must use BTT Creative studios, facilities, and equipment responsibly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that members of their production, crew, guests, contractors, or other persons attending under their reservation comply with applicable studio rules.

Customers must:

• follow reasonable instructions provided by BTT Creative staff;
• respect booking times;
• use equipment appropriately;
• maintain a safe working environment;
• avoid deliberate or negligent damage;
• comply with applicable laws;
• respect other customers and staff; and
• promptly report damage, malfunction, or safety concerns.

17. Equipment and Property

Where equipment is included with a studio or separately provided, it must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with reasonable instructions.

Customers must not remove BTT Creative property or equipment from the premises without authorization.

Customers may be responsible for loss or damage caused by intentional misconduct, negligence, misuse, unauthorized handling, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

BTT Creative may charge reasonable repair or replacement costs where a customer or a person attending under their reservation is responsible for damage.

18. Customer Equipment and Personal Property

Customers are responsible for personal belongings and equipment brought onto BTT Creative premises.

BTT Creative is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers should remove their belongings at the end of the reservation unless storage arrangements have been separately agreed.

Items left at the premises may be handled according to BTT Creative’s operational lost-property procedures.

19. Prohibited Conduct

Customers, guests, and authorized users must not engage in conduct that:

• is unlawful;
• threatens the health or safety of another person;
• intentionally damages property;
• interferes with another studio or production;
• involves unauthorized access to restricted areas;
• creates unreasonable disruption;
• violates applicable building or safety rules; or
• otherwise creates a material risk to BTT Creative, its employees, customers, equipment, or premises.

BTT Creative may refuse or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or operations.

20. Third-Party Rights and Production Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that content created, recorded, displayed, uploaded, streamed, photographed, or otherwise produced during their booking complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

This includes obtaining any necessary:

• copyright permissions;
• music licenses;
• model releases;
• performer permissions;
• trademark permissions;
• location permissions;
• privacy consents; and
• other required licenses or authorizations.

BTT Creative’s provision of studio space does not constitute approval, endorsement, or legal clearance of customer-created content.

PART V — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

21. BTT Creative Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the BTT Creative website and related materials, including:

• branding;
• logos;
• website design;
• graphics;
• photographs owned by BTT Creative;
• text;
• interfaces;
• software elements;
• databases;
• documentation; and
• other proprietary materials

are owned by or licensed to BTT Creative and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of BTT Creative intellectual property to a website visitor, customer, employee, or application user.

22. Customer Productions

Unless separately agreed in writing, BTT Creative does not claim ownership merely because content was created using a BTT Creative studio.

Ownership and usage rights relating to a customer’s production remain subject to the agreements between the relevant customer, creators, performers, producers, licensors, and other rights holders.

Additional production, editing, creative, or commissioned services provided directly by BTT Creative may be subject to separate intellectual property terms.

PART VI — INTERNAL MOBILE APPLICATION

23. Internal Application Access

The BTT Creative mobile application is intended solely for authorized employees and operational personnel.

Access to the application does not create a public right to use BTT Creative’s internal systems.

Accounts may be created, modified, suspended, or revoked by BTT Creative according to operational requirements.

Users may access only the information and functionality permitted by their assigned role.

24. Account Security

Authorized application users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

Users must not:

• share their username or password;
• intentionally share authentication tokens;
• allow unauthorized individuals to access the application;
• attempt to extract or manipulate authentication credentials;
• bypass access controls;
• attempt to gain permissions not assigned to their account; or
• use another person’s account without authorization.

Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to BTT Creative promptly.

BTT Creative may revoke active sessions, tokens, or account access where reasonably necessary for security.

25. Authentication and Tokens

The application may authenticate authorized users against BTT Creative’s WordPress-based infrastructure.

User passwords are transmitted through HTTPS for authentication and are not stored by the mobile application.

Following successful authentication, an opaque access token may be issued.

The application may securely store this token on the device to maintain the authenticated session.

Tokens may expire automatically, generally after a configured validity period of up to 30 days, and may also be revoked earlier.

Logging out may revoke the relevant token server-side.

BTT Creative reserves the right to revoke tokens or require re-authentication at any time where necessary for security or operational reasons.

26. User Roles and Permissions

Application permissions may differ according to user role.

Authorized users may have permission to:

• view reservations;
• view studio availability;
• create reservations;
• modify reservations;
• cancel reservations;
• access customer information;
• receive operational notifications; or
• perform other authorized functions.

Viewer or equivalent read-only accounts may be prevented from performing write operations.

Users must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions.

27. Customer Information in the Application

The internal application may display personal information relating to BTT Creative customers, including names, telephone numbers, email addresses, reservations, and booking notes.

Such information is confidential and must be accessed only where required for legitimate BTT Creative operations.

Employees and authorized users must not:

• use customer information for personal purposes;
• disclose information to unauthorized persons;
• export or copy customer information without authorization;
• use customer information for unrelated marketing;
• publish customer information; or
• retain unauthorized copies after access is no longer required.

28. Push Notifications

The application may send operational push notifications relating to:

• new reservations;
• changed reservations;
• cancellations;
• scheduling changes;
• studio operations;
• account or security events; and
• other relevant operational information.

Users may control notification permissions through their device settings.

Push notifications should not be relied upon as the sole source of critical operational information because notification delivery may be affected by device settings, internet connectivity, operating system restrictions, Apple Push Notification Service, Expo/EAS infrastructure, or other technical factors.

29. Application Availability

BTT Creative aims to maintain reliable application and API availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

• server maintenance;
• application updates;
• WordPress updates;
• API maintenance;
• internet outages;
• hosting issues;
• third-party service interruptions;
• security incidents;
• operating system changes; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users should verify critical reservation information through available BTT Creative systems or operational procedures where necessary.

PART VII — PRIVACY AND DATA

30. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website, reservation system, payment processes, and internal mobile application is handled according to the BTT Creative Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains, among other matters:

• categories of personal information collected;
• booking and customer information;
• employee account information;
• device and push notification information;
• authentication and token handling;
• purposes of processing;
• third-party services;
• data sharing;
• retention;
• security;
• international transfers; and
• privacy rights.

PART VIII — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

31. Third-Party Services

BTT Creative’s digital services may rely on third-party providers, including services relating to:

• payment processing;
• hosting;
• email;
• WordPress infrastructure;
• Apple Push Notification Service;
• Expo and EAS;
• application build and deployment;
• security;
• backups;
• analytics where applicable; and
• other technical infrastructure.

BTT Creative does not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

32. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

BTT Creative is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms of independent third-party websites.

Users should review the applicable policies of third-party services before providing personal information or completing transactions through them.

PART IX — LIABILITY AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

33. Service Availability

BTT Creative aims to provide studios and digital services according to confirmed reservations and reasonable professional standards.

However, service availability may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where permitted by applicable law, BTT Creative will not be responsible for failures or delays caused solely by events beyond its reasonable control.

34. Technical Issues

The website, booking system, payment integrations, mobile application, APIs, notification services, and related infrastructure may occasionally experience errors or interruptions.

BTT Creative does not guarantee that digital services will always:

• operate without interruption;
• be completely error-free;
• be compatible with every device;
• deliver notifications immediately; or
• remain unaffected by third-party outages.
